    Minimum Per Unit/Per Month
     
    • Board ground windows and doors - max. 4 per dwelling
    • Replace and reboard ground windows and doors as needed
    • Routine removal of trash and debris - max. 25 ibs.
    • Cover/remove graffiti
    • Remove graffiti and illegal signage
    • Clean abutting sidewalks
    • Grass cutting - Price TBD based on size of lot
    • Weed abatement - Price TBD based on the size of lot
    • Bulk trash removal - estimate will be provided
  • Seasonal Plan

    Mininum Per Unit - 4x a year
    Valid for 3 months
    • Board ground level windows and doors - Max. 4 per unit
    • Replace/Re-board windows and doors as needed
    • Sweep Sidewalks
    • Remove graffiti and illegal postings and signage
    • Remove light trash and debris
    • Spring/Summer Lawn Care Package @ an additional charge
